This Privacy Policy explains what information Rukn Systems ("Rukn", "we", "us") collects when you visit rukn.systems or contact us, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

We collect information you give us directly — for example, your name, email address, and message when you submit the contact form. We also collect limited technical data automatically when you visit the site, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL, through standard server logs and analytics.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to your inquiries, to operate and secure the site, to understand how visitors interact with the site so we can improve it, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
3. Legal basis
Where applicable data-protection law (such as the EU GDPR) requires it, we rely on the following bases to process personal data: your consent (for non-essential cookies), the necessity of processing to respond to your request (contract / pre-contractual steps), and our legitimate interests (site operations and security).

We share information only with service providers we rely on to operate the site (for example, our hosting provider Vercel and our email provider). We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics purposes.
